Twenty years behind the chair have taught Cerissa that hair is rarely just about hair. It's about how someone walks into a room. How they hold themselves in a difficult season. How they look in the mirror on a random morning when no one is watching. She's spent two decades showing up for those moments through education, including as a Certified Luxury Hairstylist and Master Color Expert specializing in dimensional color, custom extensions, and individualized dry cuts.
Her approach is deliberate by design. All cuts are performed on dry hair, because the hair she's shaping is the hair you actually live in, not a wet approximation of it. Every color formula is custom blended. Every product in her chair is fragrance-free, chosen with the same awareness she brings to everything she puts near someone's body.
That awareness runs deeper than a service menu. Cerissa also holds certifications as a meditation teacher, nutrition coach, and personal trainer. She is also the creator of Studio Cerissa, a brand built at the intersection of spirituality, wellness, and everyday craft. Her practice informs how she moves through her work: with intention, with presence, and with a genuine belief that the space around a person matters as much as what you do to their hair. Reform felt like the right room the moment she walked into it.
When she's not at the salon, Cerissa is spending time with her family, learning how to forage for plants in her own yard, and crafting all manner of things.
